Styling Workout Clothes Out of the Gym

I love my workout clothes, not only do they make me look good when I am dripping with sweat they are also ridiculous comfortable (anything that moves with you as your squat, lunge, crunch and bend your body into shapes against gravity has to be!) Often they are so comfortable that I even want to wear them when sweating and a workout aren’t on the agenda (or is that just me…?) I have taken 3 key workout staples and have shown how you can make your workout clothes work harder for you by teaming them with other pieces in your wardrobe to turn these staples into wearable outfits for both day & night.

Look 1 – Key piece: running shorts

Curved hem running shorts are great to show of long, lean legs and therefore should not be confined only to the weights room. A longline sleeveless blazer keeps the style sharp and on trend.

Look 2 – Key piece: sports crop

Team your sports crop with a high-waisted skirt to show off that good looking bod. Add a varsity jumper and kicks to keep the look casual.

Look 3 – Key piece: compression tights

Heels & leather take compression tights away from treadmill and to the bar for girls night out.

Now you can go straight from yoga to coffee (or cocktails) with little fuss.
